- Pre-testing coordination to identify clear testing scope, schedule, and strategies to prepare for a successful testing visit

- On-Site testing across all WELL Concepts, including all Air, Water, Light, Thermal, and Sound preconditions and optimizations

- Optional On-Site photographic evidence collection for applicable features

- Retesting services, as needed, for any non-passing results

- Compilation of all data and test results, lab reports, photographic evidence, and required documentation into a clear, professionally formatted package for GBCI review

- Testing packages for all phases of a WELL project, including pre-testing, ongoing reporting, and recertification

WELL Project and Technical Experience

- Supported over one hundred WELL Certification and WELL Rating projects for a range of sectors, including real estate development, financial services, technology, professional services, government, life sciences, senior living, K-12, and higher education clients.

- Currently supporting four WELL at scale clients, encompassing locations globally; defined WELL strategies and playbooks for these organizations and support ongoing implementation, which has included the achievement of six WELL Certifications and seventy-six WELL Health Safety Ratings over the last two years.  

- Supported over fifty projects with WELL Performance Verification services, including pre-testing, full Certification testing, Ongoing Reporting, and Recertification testing.
