Macro Design Studio works alongside developers, designers, construction firms, and manufacturers, and offer consulting services in terms of sustainable buildings and decarbonization with the aim of certifying buildings with the best-known international rating systems and guiding organizations through strategic consultancies that target the application of ESG criteria.

GREEN BUILDING CERTIFICATIONS
With our accredited professionals, we accompany stakeholders through the certification process according to international protocols such as LEED®, WELL™, Fitwel℠, BREEAM, SITES, ... including dynamic energy modelling, daylight simulation, LCA analysis.
ON-SITE TESTING AND THIRD-PARTY VERIFICATION
We conduct on-site tests for the performance verification of in-use buildings, in particular air quality, water quality, lighting, thermal comfort, acoustics, and Termography & Blower Door tests. Since 2016 we have been operated in Europe as a LEED for Homes Green Rater / Qualified Energy Rater, for the LEED certification in the residential sector. We also are LEED Residential Provider and WELL Performance Testing Organization and act as a Commissioning Authority for LEED systems and enclosure.
ESG CRITERIA EVALUATION
We guide organizations in building the roadmap to integrate sustainability, transparency and reporting, through strategic consulting that focuses on understanding and applying the ESG criteria. We accompany organizations in measuring ESG performance and support them in achieving the GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) certification, the most accredited global assessment system in the field of sustainability.
