Stantec's Sustainability Team is a specialized group of sustainability and building performance professionals dedicated to rapidly reducing carbon emissions in the built environment, enhancing climate resilience, and improving overall occupant health and wellness. Our team applies building science and design solutions to achieve these holistic sustainability goals. Our WELL Building Standard experts are categorized as one of two separate groups: design and WELL Performance and Verification teams. The WELL Performance Testing Agents at Stantec engage the broad expertise across Stantec's business lines to deliver the full WELL Performance Testing scope requirements in a complete, integrated offering for WELL project teams. Members of the WELL Performance and Verification team have been involved with WELL since the first projects under WELL v1 and have experience providing performance testing services on projects from small interiors projects to large, existing core projects.
